Quick Start

  1. Create a Sweeps Pro account.
  2. Add credits from the website dashboard or from the in-app Add Credits page.
  3. Download and install Sweeps Pro from your dashboard.
  4. Log into the app with the same email and password.
  5. Add a task for each site you want to run.
  6. Record the site steps once, set OCR regions, then press Start.
Sweeps Pro controls your real mouse and keyboard. Let it run on a dedicated machine or when you are not using that PC.

Account & Credits

Credits are tied to your Sweeps Pro account. One credit is used when the bot successfully collects a valid non-duplicate code.

Buy creditsUse the website dashboard or the in-app Add Credits page.
Credits do not expireUnused credits stay on your account.
DuplicatesDuplicates are flagged and should not consume credits.

If you click Buy Now on the main page, you will be sent to signup first. After signup, the dashboard shows credit package options.

Promotional keys

If you receive a giveaway or promo key, redeem it from your dashboard under Redeem a promotional key. Promo keys usually start with PROMO-. Old legacy keys that start with SCB- can be redeemed there too.

Install & Update

The dashboard offers two downloads:

  • Full Installer: use this for a new machine. It includes required tools such as Tesseract and supporting audio components.
  • Update Installer: use this if Sweeps Pro is already installed and the in-app updater did not complete.

The app checks the server version on launch and should prompt when an update is available.

Tasks

A task is one sweepstakes site setup. Each task stores the site URL, matched browser window, timing, target code count, output file, OCR regions, recording steps, Discord settings, and captcha settings.

Task list basics

  • Enabled toggle: controls whether the task can run.
  • Target: the number of codes the task should collect before it is complete.
  • Reset Selected / Reset All: resets collected run counts.
  • Restore: restores task data from a saved backup.
Sweeps Pro backs up task files so active, inactive, disabled, and completed tasks can be recovered if the main task file is damaged.

Recording Steps

Recording teaches Sweeps Pro how to move through a site. Record once, then Sweeps Pro repeats those steps during playback.

Important recording keys

  • F2 marks a region click.
  • F3 marks a scratch region.
  • F4 starts or ends text capture while recording.
  • F8 pauses or resumes for captcha setup while recording.
  • F9 marks the OCR step.
  • F10 stops and saves the recording.
  • Esc cancels the recording overlay.

Typing full text

Use F4 while recording when you need to type a full email, username, or phrase as one text step. This prevents the global step delay from waiting between every single letter.

OCR Setup

OCR is how Sweeps Pro reads the collected code from the screen. Each task needs an OCR region that covers the code exactly after the site finishes loading.

  • Use Set OCR to draw the region around the code.
  • Use Test OCR to confirm Sweeps Pro can read it.
  • Set a code format when possible so incorrect reads can be rejected.
  • Increase OCR delay for slow sites or slow internet.
If a site layout changes or the code appears lower/higher than before, update the OCR region for that task.

Captcha

Captcha setup tells Sweeps Pro how to handle captcha steps during playback. Use the captcha tab inside a task to configure the method and regions.

  • Checkbox captchas: record the checkbox region so Sweeps Pro can click it.
  • Image challenges: require careful setup and testing.
  • Audio captchas: use the configured audio/Whisper setup when supported.

Recent versions include extra retry behavior for captcha checkbox clicks. If captcha sometimes fails, review the click region and make sure the browser window is matched correctly.

Unique Phrase Sites

Some sites provide a unique phrase plus a code. For those tasks, enable the unique phrase option and set the phrase OCR region in addition to the normal code OCR region.

  • The code and phrase are tied together and should stay on the same row.
  • Unique phrase tasks should output to TSV format for Excel or Google Sheets.
  • The output format is Code[TAB]Phrase.
  • Backup verification screenshots should cover both the phrase and the code.
For Modo-style tasks, update both the phrase region and the code OCR region after layout changes.

Discord Notifications

Sweeps Pro can send updates to Discord webhooks. Use task-specific webhooks when each site should post to its own channel.

Common webhook types

  • Code collected: posts when a task collects a code.
  • Task/session summary: posts the task summary and attaches output files when available.
  • Failure notices: posts when a task stops or fails to collect a valid code.

For unique phrase TSV output, use the attached file for easiest Excel or Sheets import.

Recovery Center

Recovery Center helps after a crash, power outage, or missed webhook. It can recover the last run summary from the local session logs and resend task summaries.

  • Shows whether it will recover from session_last.log or session_prev.log.
  • Shows how many codes were found.
  • Shows how many task webhooks are available.
  • Shows which tasks may be skipped.
  • Warns if the same recovered summary appears to have already been sent.
Use Recovery Center when the bot collected codes but Discord did not receive the final summaries.

Analytics

The Analytics page shows usage stats such as codes collected, estimated time saved, sites running, success rate, recent activity, and top sites.

Time saved is estimated from collected codes. Analytics are local to the app and can be refreshed or cleared from the Analytics page.

For demo/test data, go to Analytics and type the configured demo keyword if you are testing the layout.

Hotkeys

F2 StartStarts a run when the app window has focus.
F3 Pause / ResumePauses or resumes a run.
F4 StopStops a run when the app window has focus.
Esc Global stopWhile running, Escape requests stop even if Chrome is focused.

During recording, F4 has a different role: it starts or saves a full-text typing step.

Troubleshooting

Click debug says it clicked, but the site did not respond

  • Confirm the selected browser window is the correct one.
  • Use click diagnostics/screenshots from the Debug tab.
  • Try the alternate click method settings if a PC blocks normal click events.

OCR returns empty or wrong text

  • Increase OCR delay if the code loads slowly.
  • Retest the OCR region after page layout changes.
  • Use code format validation when possible.

Update prompt does not appear

Log in, confirm internet access, then restart the app. If needed, download the update installer from the dashboard.

Discord did not receive summaries

Use Recovery Center to resend the last run summaries from the session logs.
